Fantastic Stay!

great serviceproactive teamdelicious food

I was impressed by the consistent great service. Jafri and his team were dedicated, hardworking, and proactive. The Kitchen Team and Head Chef prepared delicious food with Michelin star cooking level for all dishes.

Noise insulation was poor. I could hear everything my neighbors were doing, showering, belching, and speaking loudly.

The beautiful rooms included plenty of movies for adults and children. The room had a safe for valuables. an iron and ironing board to keep clothes wrinkle-free throughout the stay.

The breakfast menu had changes daily, very good!!! The buffet spread was great and the hotel has Michelin star cooking quality for all dishes prepared and served. I especially enjoyed the fresh oysters.

the breakfast buffet had a wide selection , but nothing really stood out as really good.

the staff were seen taking calls in the hallway , a practice i found unprofessional. room servicing involved some rather aggressive knocking , twice actually , which startled me. when i asked for something , i got a blunt "no , we do not do that" instead of a polite alternative , how considerate.

the breakfast had many stations, including eggs, noodles, and curry. the atmosphere was gorgeous!!! the pool staff monitored our safety. the room was clean and beautiful.

Elevator buttons were missing. This was a very small inconvenience.

The breakfast offered a range of options. Gym facilities included necessary equipment. The covered parking block had a buggy service to the hotel. This made access convenient.

The bathroom had a glass wall overlooking the room. Water pressure in the bathroom was not strong enough. Lifts and ground floor bathrooms were unclean due to wet pool-goers. It was smelly.

the room was very clean and spacious. i booked a beautiful city view king and enjoyed the layout (it felt very modern). the breakfast buffet offered many options and the staff there were attentive.

the check-in process was slow. i arrived at 3 pm, but my room wasn't ready until 4:30 pm. requesting a baby cot took multiple attempts (it was quite frustrating). the parking facilities are a bit far, and there isn't a fully covered walkway.
