I had a mixed experience during my stay at M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The room was modern and spacious, with a fantastic bathtub that I enjoyed after a long day. I had expected a bit more attention to detail since I had informed them about celebrating my daughter's birthday, but that didn't quite go as planned.
